  • 40 Box Jumps
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Burpee Box Jump Overs
  • 10 Slam Ball Ground-to-Overhead

Slam Ball Weight: 30/20 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Perform each movement with intensity and focus on efficient transitions between exercises. Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity.
