EMOM Skill Slam BallEMOM x 15:
- Odd Minutes: 12 Slam Balls
- Even Minutes: 30 Double-Unders
Equipment: Slam Ball (20/14 lbs)
Instructions: Complete 12 slam balls on the odd minutes and 30 double-unders on the even minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Repeat for a total of 15 minutes. Adjust weight and reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
