AMRAP Gymnastics Slam Ball

AMRAP in 12 minutes:


  • 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • 15 Slam Ball over the Shoulder (30/20 lbs)
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20")

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of 10 toes-to-bar, 15 slam ball over the shoulder, and 20 box jumps. Scale the weight of the slam ball as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to complete as many rounds as possible within the time cap.
