  • 40 Double Unders

Equipment: Resistance Band


Skill: Focus on efficient movement patterns and transitions between movements to maximize rounds completed.


Notes: Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the duration of the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving for the full 15 minutes.
