Tabata Circuit:


  • 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Cleans
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Slams
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Russian Twists
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Sit-ups
  • 10 seconds rest

Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes)


Medicine Ball Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the Tabata circuit.


Instructions: Perform each exercise for 20 seconds at max effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next exercise. Complete a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) of the Tabata circuit. Focus on quality reps and maintaining intensity throughout the workout.
