- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement

- Med Ball Sit-ups
- Med Ball Thrusters
- Med Ball Russian Twists
Equipment:
- Medicine Ball (choose a challenging weight)
Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds in total. Keep track of your total reps for each movement.
