Dynamic Kettlebell Challenge // Saturday - 2025.02.22
Tabata Skill KettlebellTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
- Kettlebell swings
- Kettlebell goblet squats
- Kettlebell snatches (alternating arms)
- Kettlebell lunges (holding kettlebell in front rack position)
Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the Tabata intervals.
Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes per movement). Focus on maintaining a strong and stable core throughout the movements.
