EMOM Gymnastics Slam Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • Even Minutes: 15 Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder

Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
Perform 10 Toes-to-Bar on odd minutes and 15 Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder on even minutes. Alternate between the two movements for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
