- Odd Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Even Minutes: 15 Wall Balls (20/14)


Notes:
- Perform 10 Toes-to-Bar at the start of each odd minute, then rest until the next odd minute starts.
- Complete 15 Wall Balls at the beginning of each even minute, then rest until the next even minute begins.
- Aim to maintain consistent reps and intensity throughout the entire EMOM.
