  • Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
  • Handstand Push-ups

Instructions:
Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement, alternating between Wall Balls and Handstand Push-ups. Score is total reps accumulated for both movements combined. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout each round and scale movements as needed to maintain intensity.
