For Time:


  • 5 Rounds:
    • 10 Pull-ups
    • 15 Push-ups
  • 50 Double-unders
  • 3 Rounds:
    • 10 Toes-to-bar
    • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 50 Double-unders
  • 1 Round:
    • 10 Ring Muscle-ups
    • 15 Handstand Walks (10 ft increments)

Equipment:
- Resistance Band for pull-ups
- Jump rope for double-unders


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: This workout is designed to challenge your gymnastics skills and endurance. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity while still pushing yourself.
