- 40 Resistance Band Pull Aparts
- 30 Air Squats
- 20 Push Press (with resistance band)
- 10 Burpees
Resistance Band: Choose a band with challenging resistance but still allows for proper form.
Time Cap: 12 Minutes.
In this workout, athletes will be challenged to showcase their skill with double unders and push press using a resistance band. Make sure to focus on proper form and technique throughout the workout.
