AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Box Jumps

Equipment:
- Rig
- Box


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 pull-ups, 15 handstand push-ups, and 20 box jumps. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Keep track of rounds and reps completed.
