  • Dumbbell Thrusters
  • Dumbbell Renegade Rows
  • Dumbbell Push Press
  • Dumbbell Bent Over Rows

Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds.
- Rest 1 minute between each Tabata interval.
- Use a challenging weight for the dumbbells.
- Score is total reps completed across all movements.
