  • 40 Dumbbell Box Step Overs
  • 30 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 20 Dumbbell Burpees
  • 10 Dumbbell Devil Presses

Dumbbell Weight: Use a challenging weight that allows for good form throughout the workout.


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
