Tabata Gymnastics Medicine Ball

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
- Medicine Ball Russian Twists
- Medicine Ball V-ups
- Medicine Ball Plank Passes
- Medicine Ball Sit-ups


Equipment:
- Medicine Ball


Instructions:
- Complete each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes per movement).
- Score is total reps completed across all movements.
