Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
  • Box Jumps
  • Skill: Double-Unders

Instructions:
- Perform as many Box Jumps as possible in 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- After 4 rounds of Box Jumps, transition to Double-Unders for the remaining 4 rounds.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements.
- Scale box height and Double-Unders as needed.
- Have a jump rope and box ready for the workout.
