  • 40 Resistance Band Bicep Curls
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 30 Resistance Band Tricep Extensions
  • 400 Meter Run

Resistance Band: Choose a challenging resistance level
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions:
- Perform the resistance band exercises with good form and control to maximize muscle engagement.
- Push the pace on the runs to keep the intensity high throughout the workout.
