AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 25 Band Pull-Aparts

Band Resistance: Medium


Skill: Focus on maintaining good form and engaging the muscles throughout each movement.


Notes: Utilize the resistance band for the pull-aparts to increase muscle engagement and challenge the upper back and shoulders. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to complete as many rounds as possible within the time cap.
