AMRAP Gymnastics Resistance Band

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 20 Air Squats

Equipment Needed: Resistance Band


Instructions: Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 pull-ups, 15 push-ups, and 20 air squats. Use a resistance band for assistance on the pull-ups if needed. Keep a steady pace and focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.


Scoring: Count total rounds and reps completed within the 15-minute time cap.
