AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 15 Resistance Band Thrusters
  • 20 Burpees

Notes:
- Use a resistance band for the thrusters, focusing on maintaining tension throughout the movement.
- Scale pull-ups to jumping pull-ups or ring rows as needed.
- Push the pace and aim to keep moving throughout the entire 15-minute AMRAP.
