- Dumbbell Goblet Squats
- Dumbbell Bent Over Rows
Equipment: Dumbbell
Tabata Structure: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds per exercise
Strength Focus: Focus on maintaining good form and increasing weight if possible
Instructions: Complete all 8 rounds of one exercise before moving on to the next. Rest as needed between exercises.
