AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Dumbbell Deadlifts
  • 8 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans
  • 6 Dumbbell Front Squats
  • 4 Dumbbell Push Press

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the reps with proper form.
Scoring: Count total rounds + reps completed in the 20-minute AMRAP.
Note: Focus on maintaining good form and pushing yourself to go unbroken on the movements as long as possible.
