- 10 Dumbbell Deadlifts
- 8 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans
- 6 Dumbbell Front Squats
- 4 Dumbbell Push Press
Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the reps with proper form.
Scoring: Count total rounds + reps completed in the 20-minute AMRAP.
