EMOM Weightlifting DumbbellEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 6 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)
- Even minutes: 8 Dumbbell Thrusters (50/35 lbs)
Instructions:
Perform 6 Dumbbell Snatches at the start of each odd minute and 8 Dumbbell Thrusters at the start of each even minute. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust weight as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
