AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • 15 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 20 Dumbbell Lunges (10 each leg)

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs


Notes:
- Perform the movements in order, completing as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.
- Alternate arms for the dumbbell snatches.
- Keep a steady pace and focus on proper form throughout the workout.
