EMOM Weightlifting DumbbellEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
- Even Minutes: 8 Dumbbell Thrusters
Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for unbroken sets.
Instructions: Complete the specified number of reps for each movement within the minute. Rest the remainder of the minute before starting the next movement. Adjust weight as needed to maintain intensity and form throughout the EMOM.
