EMOM: Every minute on the minute, complete the prescribed reps of hang power cleans and push press. Rest the remainder of the minute before starting the next round.
Focus: This workout will challenge both your strength and endurance with the rapid pace of an EMOM format. Adjust the weight as needed to maintain proper technique throughout the workout.
