EMOM for 15 Minutes:
- 5 Dumbbell Hang Snatches (alternating arms)
- 5 Dumbbell Thrusters


Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs


Instructions:
- Start each minute with 5 Dumbbell Hang Snatches, then immediately transition into 5 Dumbbell Thrusters.
- Rest for the remaining time in the minute before starting the next round.
- Focus on maintaining good form and intensity throughout the workout.
