Tabata Weightlifting Dumbbell

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
  • Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
  • Dumbbell Thrusters

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the Tabata intervals.


Instructions: Perform as many reps as possible during the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Alternate between Dumbbell Snatches and Dumbbell Thrusters for a total of 8 rounds. The workout will be intense, so pace yourself accordingly.
