  • 5 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • 5 Dumbbell Thrusters

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs


Instructions: Perform 5 dumbbell snatches with your right arm, then 5 with your left arm, followed by 5 dumbbell thrusters. Repeat this sequence every minute on the minute for 10 minutes. Adjust the weight as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
