Tabata Skill Dumbbell

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement
- 1 minute rest between movements


Movements:
1. Dumbbell Snatches
2. Dumbbell Thrusters
3. Dumbbell Bent Over Rows
4. Dumbbell Lunges


Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for proper form and intensity throughout the workout.


Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds.
- Rest for 1 minute between each movement.
- Focus on maintaining proper form and intensity throughout the workout.
- Keep track of your total reps for each movement to track progress and intensity.
