  • Dumbbell Thrusters
  • Dumbbell Deadlifts
  • Dumbbell Renegade Rows
  • Dumbbell Lunges

Equipment: Dumbbell


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes per movement). Rest 1 minute between each movement. Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the entire Tabata.
