EMOM Strength Dumbbell

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 5 Dumbbell Deadlifts
- 5 Dumbbell Push Press
- 5 Dumbbell Front Squats


Dumbbell Weight: Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
Instructions: Complete the prescribed reps of each movement within the minute, resting for the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes.
