- Odd Minutes: 10 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
- Even Minutes: 10 Dumbbell Thrusters
Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs
Instructions: Perform the prescribed number of reps for each movement within the minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the weight as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
