EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 10 Dumbbell Deadlifts + 8 Dumbbell Hang Clean and Jerks
  • Even Minutes: 12 Dumbbell Front Squats

Dumbbell Weight: Men 50lbs / Women 35lbs
