EMOM Strength Dumbbell

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 5 Dumbbell Deadlifts
  • 5 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans
  • 5 Dumbbell Front Squats
  • 5 Dumbbell Push Press

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete all reps with good form.
EMOM: Complete the 4 movements within each minute, resting the remainder of the minute before starting the next round.
Strength Focus: The goal is to focus on form and technique while building strength throughout the EMOM. Adjust weight as needed to maintain proper form.
