Tabata Skill Dumbbell

Tabata:


  • Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
  • Dumbbell Thrusters
  • Dumbbell Renegade Rows
  • Dumbbell Box Step-Ups

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for good form throughout the Tabata intervals.


Tabata Structure: 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement. Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next.


Instructions: Use a single dumbbell for all movements, switching hands as needed. Focus on maintaining proper form and intensity throughout each Tabata interval. Rest 1 minute between movements.
