- 10 Dumbbell Snatches
- 8 Dumbbell Thrusters


Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs


Notes: Start each minute with the Dumbbell Snatches, then move directly into the Dumbbell Thrusters. Rest for the remainder of the minute. Adjust weight as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
