- 20 seconds of Dumbbell Deadlifts
- 10 seconds of rest

- 20 seconds of Dumbbell Push Press
- 10 seconds of rest
8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of Dumbbell Lunges
- 10 seconds of rest
Dumbbell Weight: Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to maintain good form throughout the Tabata intervals.
Instructions: Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between each Tabata set. Focus on maintaining proper form and pushing yourself during the work intervals.
