AMRAP Weightlifting Dumbbell

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • 15 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 20 Dumbbell Deadlifts

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 dumbbell snatches, 15 dumbbell thrusters, and 20 dumbbell deadlifts. Alternate arms on the dumbbell snatches. Choose a challenging weight that allows you to keep moving with good form.
