EMOM Weightlifting DumbbellEMOM for 20 minutes:
- 5 Dumbbell Deadlifts
- 5 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans
- 5 Dumbbell Push Press
Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
Instructions: Perform the prescribed reps of each movement at the start of every minute for a total of 20 minutes. Rest the remaining time in the minute before starting the next set. Adjust the weight as needed to maintain proper technique.
