Every Minute on the Minute for 20 Minutes:
- 8 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans
- 6 Dumbbell Push Presses
- 4 Dumbbell Front Squats


Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the reps unbroken.
EMOM: Complete the prescribed reps at the start of each minute and use the remaining time to rest before the next minute begins.
