EMOM Weightlifting Dumbbell

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 5 Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans
- 5 Dumbbell Push Press


Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
Instructions: Perform 5 Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans at the top of each minute, followed by 5 Dumbbell Push Press. Rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the weight as needed to maintain intensity and form.
