Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for good form throughout the Tabata intervals.
Tabata Structure: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) per movement. Rest 1 minute between movements.
Score: Total reps completed for each movement.
