Tabata Skill DumbbellTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
- Burpees over Dumbbell
Equipment:
- Dumbbell
- Tabata Timer
Instructions:
- Perform 20 seconds of Alternating Dumbbell Snatches, then rest for 10 seconds
- Perform 20 seconds of Burpees over Dumbbell, then rest for 10 seconds
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds
- Score is total reps completed
Notes:
- Choose a challenging weight for the Dumbbell Snatches
- Focus on maintaining a steady pace throughout each round
- Push yourself during the work intervals and try to minimize rest time between movements
