- 10 Burpees
Instructions:
- Every minute on the minute, complete 10 Resistance Band Thrusters and 10 Burpees.
- Rest for the remainder of the minute.
- Continue for a total of 20 minutes.

- Choose a resistance band that challenges you but allows you to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
- Focus on speed and explosiveness during the thrusters and burpees to maximize the cardio component of this workout.
