AMRAP Weightlifting Stationary Bike

AMRAP 20 minutes:


  • 15/12 Calorie Bike
  • 10 Deadlifts (185/135 lbs)
  • 8 Hang Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
  • 6 Push Jerks (115/75 lbs)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. The weight should be challenging but allow for unbroken sets in the earlier rounds. Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.


Note:
Adjust weights as needed to ensure proper form and technique. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain intensity throughout the entire 20 minutes.
