Tabata Weightlifting Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest on the Stationary Bike
  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest of Power Cleans

Equipment:
- Stationary Bike
- Barbell


Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of max effort on the Stationary Bike followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. Then, complete 20 seconds of Power Cleans (at a challenging weight) followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between the bike and Power Clean Tabata.
