Instructions:
Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of all-out effort on the Stationary Bike, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Immediately transition into 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort Kettlebell Swings, with 10 seconds of rest between each round. Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each interval.
