  • 10 Burpees
  • 15/12 Calorie Bike
  • 15 Air Squats

Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
- Alternate between the bike and bodyweight movements for a high-intensity cardio workout.
- Scale the bike calories and movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the AMRAP.
